The 2014 Grayston Drive accident that claimed the lives of two people continues to haunt former president Jacob Zuma’s son, Duduzane.

Duduzane Zuma has been ordered to appear before the Randburg Magistrate’s Court next week Thursday, over the incident. He faces culpable homicide charges.

The case was struck off the roll in 2015 after the National Prosecuting Authority decided not to prosecute him. But, the state did an about-turn after AfriForum announced its intention to pursue a private prosecution.
